Jamaica
A customer must spend a minimum of JM$200 to be eligible to earn points on a purchase at the Magna merchant. Each Magna Rewards point earned is can be redeemed for JM$2.00. The merchant will award points to the customer based on their specific agreement with Magna, this is, in most cases 1%, and the reward will be rounded down to the nearest point.
Example for 1% reward
Most merchants reward customers 1% of the value of their purchase of JM$200 and over. If the customer spent JM$500 at a merchant with a 1% reward, the customer would then be awarded 2 points to their Magna Rewards account. These 2 points can be redeemed for (2 points x JM$2.00) JM$4.00 at a participating Magna merchant.

The customer must have 175 points before a printed voucher will be issued to them

Paymaster awards 1 point per transaction, regardless of the transaction value
Trinidad
The customer must spend a minimum of TT$20 before they can earn points on their purchase. Each Magna point earned can be redeemed for TT$0.10. Just like in Jamaica, the merchant will reward the customer based on their specific agreement and points earned on qualifying purchases will be rounded down to the nearest point.
Example for 1% reward
If a customer spent $67 at a merchant with a 1% reward, the customer would earn 6 points to their Magna account. These points can be redeemed for TT$0.60 (6 points x TT$0.10) at any participating Magna merchant.
Notes:
The customer must possess 200 points before a paper voucher will be issued to them

If the customer presents both a discount card (TTARP/Medicard/etc) and a Magna card during a purchase transaction, it is at the merchant's discretion whether to award points, a discount or both.
Customer did not receive their points due to a machine issue at merchant.
If the Merchant's Magna machine is down and the customer is unable to receive their points at the time of the transaction, it is at the Merchant's discretion to allow the customer to return at a later date or time for their points to be added to their Magna account.
Magna Rewards is unable to add the points on behalf of the customer, unless the customer received a Magna slip for the transaction swiped, but did not receive their points.
