How to Redeem a Voucher
To redeem a voucher at any of our participating Magna Merchants.:
At the time of checking out, the customer must provide the cashier with their Magna Rewards voucher, their Magna card, and a valid picture ID.
Once the redemption is completed the customer would be asked to sign the back of the voucher in the presence of the cashier and they will be given a Magna receipt.
Instant Redemption
Vouchers are no longer the only way for customers to redeem their Magna Rewards points, they now have the option to switch to “Instant Redemption”. This feature allows customer to redeem points instantly.
They will be able to redeem points by simply swiping their Magna Card at a Magna Merchant when checking out for goods and services. The cashier would advise how many points are available to redeem which can be applied towards the cost of the purchase.
It is important to note that when a customer switches to Instant Redemption, they will no longer receive printed paper vouchers. Additionally, any points on their account will expire after six months of inactivity, meaning that the customer has neither swiped their card for a purchase nor for a redemption during that time.
Customers wishing to transition from voucher rewards to instant redemption can contact the customer care team to make the request.
