Cycle Codes 


Cycle codes are used to segment the customers into groups for ease of identification as well as to indicate whether further action needs to be taken with respect to an account. The cycle codes differ by territory and are as follows: 

 

Trinidad Cycle Codes 


  • 01 = Standard active 

  • 25 = Goldlife holder 

  • 09 = Return cards (always check comments) 

  • 10 = Customer request voucher hold, until further notice 

  • 22 = Hold voucher@ office for regular customer (collect@ office) 

  • 23 = Hold voucher@ office for gold customer (collect@ office) 

  • 90- JTA customers (regular) 

  • 91- JTA customers (gold) 

  • 95= JTA customers return mail 

  • 101= Return vouchers that are not expired
