To activate an account on the Magna App/Website, you would require a pin number. Customer must ensure that all the letters of the PIN are entered in upper case and when entering your card number, don't leave any spaces.
See steps below:
STEP 1: Download the app from the Google Play Store or App Store to your mobile phone.
STEP 2: On the app select "Get Started" and to the bottom of the next screen where it says, Already have a Magna card ‘Activate now”, Select ‘‘Activate now"
STEP 3: Enter your Magna card number and your PIN. Ensure that all the letters are in UPPER CASE. Click “Activate Account”
STEP 4: Enter your email address and create a password. Click submit.
